Needed a day off of lifting. Got in some yoga (holy hip flexors, batman!) and knocked out a chunk of my accessory work in a circuit.
- Chin-ups X10 (yay!), 3X5
- One-legged glute bridge 3X10ea
- Knees-to-elbows X10
- Lunge w 13# dbs 4X20
Then relaxed in a hot, aromatic, Epsom salt bath for half an hour.
