1. 8.2.12 - Yoga + Circuit

    Needed a day off of lifting. Got in some yoga (holy hip flexors, batman!) and knocked out a chunk of my accessory work in a circuit.

    • Chin-ups X10 (yay!), 3X5
    • One-legged glute bridge 3X10ea
    • Knees-to-elbows X10
    • Lunge w 13# dbs 4X20

    Then relaxed in a hot, aromatic, Epsom salt bath for half an hour.
